I cannot install applications. After connecting a computer and the control section by the RS-232C cable, an error occurs when I boot up the computer.

Interface

Do I need to connect all the 50 pins of the PIO interface? The “Remote signal” or “Ready signal” of the PIO interface sometimes turns off. Marking does not start even if the “Marking start signal” is output from the PIO interface. I performed settings of data through the serial interface, but no answer comes back from the marking machine. (Answer: “End of operation signal” of the 1FH or PIO interface)

Options

What should I do if my MS-DOS machine fails? What model does VM7891 operating unit support? I set the 2D code function, but an alarm occurs.

Handling

I am using VM7710A. Lines get cracked and the pen bounces. The vibration of the pen is inconsistent. What is the operating area of the pen? How much is the amount of overrun in home position return? Can I use the pen while holding it upward? How can I set the direction and pitch of characters?
